GP Kollund A/S ("GP Kollund", "we" "us" or "our") takes processing of personal data about you very seriously. We wish to ensure a reasonable and transparent processing of personal data in accordance with the data protection legislation. We have therefore prepared this privacy notice.

We process the following personal data about you as follows:

Costumers:

 

  • Contact details of contact persons, including name, e-mail, telephone number and job position
  • Company registration numbers, e.g. CVR og VAT number when the company is a personally owned company.

 

 Website visitors:

 

                  We will process the followings:

  • Cookies information, including conduct on the website
  • IP address
  • Type of device used to access the website (e.g. tablet, smart device, computer, etc.), browser type, browser ID, and language settings.
  • The website referring you to www.gpkollund.com
  • Which pages of GP Kollund are accessed, including dates and duration.
  • System actions
  • Inquiries and correspondence to us, e.g. general questions concerning our services.

 

  1. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

 

Customers:

 

                 The purposes of the processing of personal data are as follows:

 

  • For the initiation, performance, and execution of a contract.
  • For regular administration and case handling.
  • For business communication.
  • For necessary registrations in our systems.
  • For the fulfillment of legal obligations, including the Danish Act on Bookkeeping.
  • For asserting or the defense of legal claims.

 

We process the personal data about you to fulfill a contractual requirement with you, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

 

We also process the personal data based on our legitimate interest in offering our services to our customers, administrating and maintaining our relationship with the customer (see Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) or to meet a legal obligation (see Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).

                 The purposes of the processing of personal data about you are as follows:

 

  • To ensure the functionality of the website.
  • To document compliance with legislation, including data protection and cookie legislation.
  • To continuously improve the user experience. By tracking the pages you visit on our website, we can spot errors and popular patterns.

 

We process your personal data under Article 6 (1)(f) of the GDPR concerning GP Kollund's legitimate interests in attending to the above purposes.

 

We track data according to sections 3 and 4 of the Danish Cookie Order.

We also use data processors, which also process personal data about you. Currently, we use data processors to handle the following measures and activities:

 

  • Hosting supplier (Umbraco Cloud through Clienti A/S)
  • Accounting supplier (Visma e-conomic A/S)

 

  1. DELETION

 

Personal data are stored if necessary for the purposes of the processing activities or if required under applicable legislation, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act according to which storage of accounting records is undertaken for the current accounting year plus five years.

The cookie data are kept as indicated in the cookie manager for the time indicated. We delete cookie data when no longer required or when deleted by the user of the device.

Right of access

You are entitled to obtain access to the personal data processed about you and various additional data. However, the right of access should not adversely affect the rights or freedoms of others.

 

Right of rectification

You are entitled to demand rectification of inaccurate data about you and, considering the purpose of the processing, you are also entitled to have incomplete data completed.

 

Right of deletion

In special situations, you are entitled to have data about you erased before our usual erasure takes place.

 

Right of limitation of processing

In certain situations, you are entitled to have personal data about you limited. If you are entitled to limited processing, we may only process your personal data - except for storage - with your consent or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim or to protect a person or important public interests.

 

Right to data portability

You are entitled to data portability if our processing of data about you is based on your consent or an agreement, and the processing takes place automatically. This right implies that you are entitled to have your personal data forwarded in a structured, generally applied and machine-readable format, which you are entitled to transfer to another service provider. If you wish to exercise the right to data portability, you may initiate forwarding from us of the registered personal data in a generally applied format.

 

Right of objection

In certain situations, you are entitled to object to our otherwise lawful processing of data about you. You may also object to processing of data about you for direct marketing purposes.

 

Withdrawal of consent

In case our processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to GP Kollund’s processing of your personal data at any time.

If you withdraw your consent, GP Kollund will cease processing the personal data in respect of which you have withdrawn your consent. The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing made by GP Kollund until the withdrawal of your consent.

You are entitled to withdraw your consent to cookies by deleting cookies and changing the settings to prevent cookies and other tracking mechanisms from being set or read.
